GKA Staffing (formerly George Konik Associates, Inc.) has been incorporated since 1974 and has been providing staffing solutions to Twin Cities and western Wisconsin businesses for over 30 years. GKA Staffing remains a family-owned business, having been founded by George Konik in 1974 and acquired in June 2000 by Brad Konik, who is now the President. Brad joined the company after graduating from Harvard University and has been providing the leadership and direction of GKA since 1997.

In 2007 GKA Staffing established three divisions (GK Technical, GK Office, and GK Finance) to better serve our clients and their specific, individual needs. Those clients range from non-profits to biotechnical companies and from start-up firms to members of the Fortune 500.

Our business model is based on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our candidates, clients, and employees. Towards this goal GKA Staffing acknowledges the individual needs and expectations of our clients, candidates, and employees, and we offer customized services in order to meet or exceed those expectations.
